The Michigan Department of Natural Resources (MDNR) E-License system is designed to allow customers to purchase fishing licenses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week within applicable sales dates. You will be able to print most fishing licenses using your own printer.
$100 Deposit is required to secure your Charter Fishing Trip.
Once we have received your deposit, we will mail you a written “Confirmation”, Map to our Docks, and upon your request a Guide to Local Hotels & Restaurants we recommend.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES We realize unexpected things happen. If you need to Cancel or Reschedule your Charter Fishing Trip please give us at least 10 days notice. If not your deposit may be forfeited.
The Captain has years of experience with the conditions on Lake Michigan. And for our Customers Safety the Captain makes all decisions as to whether or not the “Sea is Safe & Fishable”
If we can’t get out as scheduled do to rough seas, the Trip will either be postponed to later in the day as the seas calm, rescheduled to another day. Or if you can’t reschedule your deposit will be returned
If we have to cut the Trip Short due to Rough Seas or Illness the Charter Fees will be charged on a pro-rated basis.
Quite often Customers like to stay out longer than scheduled. This is usually not a problem. We charge $75/hour for extra time.
CHARTER TIMES are based on a “Dock to Dock” Basis or Limit Catch. Michigan Law allows 5 Fish/Person, but no more than 3 of any one Species. That's why our “Full Program” is designed to catch more than just Kings or Steelhead (Whatever is Easier that Day). I try hard to get each person 5 Fish not 3.
Most Importantly, Please understand regardless of the Situation we always Treat our Customers Fairly with Your Good Times and Safety in Mind.

NO FISHING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED..I will set up the “Full Program” and Guide you in Proper Fish Fighting & Catching Technique.
